Baking

I am not a huge baker.. mostly because it is not much fun to cook for one.. but my mom was not going to have time to make cookies because of all the unpacking she had to do, so I volunteered. I made Chocolate chips cookies, Sugar Butter cut out cookies, and my new cookie this year was the brown sugar cookie. I liked these better then the other sugar cookies because they were much easier to make and I did not have to cut them out.. (they were drop cookies). The recipe is
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon backing powder

Cream sugar and butter until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Add and mix dry ingredients. Bake at 350 for 6 to 8 mins.

Easy and yummy.
